How to make ANZAC biscuits




step 1 
We read the recipe and got all the ingredients

step 2
We turned the oven on 180 degrees Celcius

step 3
We put 125g of melted butter and 2 tablespoons of golden syrup in a bowl

step 4
Next we put 1 tea spoon of baking soda into 1 table spoon of hot water and put it in the bowl

step 5
We put 1/2 a cup of coconut into the bowl and mixed it up

step 6
We put 1/2 a cup of sugar into the bowl and mixed it up

step 7
We put 1 cup of rolled oats into the bowl and mixed it up

step 8
We put 3/4 of a cup of sifted flour into the bowl and mixed it really well

We rolled spoonfuls into balls and put them on a baking tray

step 10
Then we tested the cookie dough!

We put the rolled up biscuits into the oven for 12 minutes

We put all the biscuits on a rack to cool down

We eat the biscuits. YAY

  3. Woohoo Zarda, you are so great at writing instructions. I think I may just use your instructions and make some of my own ANZAC cookies, they look delicious! It looks to me like you may have done this all by yourself, did you?

    1. Yes I mostly did it all by myself but my aunty helped me read the recipe and use the oven.

I think that that is always one of the best parts of baking. Which part did you enjoy the most when making your biscuits?
